Colon cleansing (colon therapy) encompasses a number of alternative medical therapies intended to remove fecal waste and unidentified toxins from the colon and intestinal tract. It is debatable whether colon cleanse is necessary or not. Some people say that colon cleansing is not necessary as the body naturally removes waste material. It may disrupt the balance between bacteria and natural chemicals in the bowel, and may interfere with the colon’s ability to shed dead cells. However, some other people say that colon cleansing cleanses and detoxifies your digestive system and then purifies and revitalizes your vital organs. It is said to help get rid constipation, indigestion, bloating, and fatigue. Logically, many believe of the benefits of a good colon cleanser for improving health. Is it necessary? As long as not be used too frequent for a long period of time, then it is worth to try.

we recieved a letter the other day from the council saying that a complaint had been made against us because of being too loud, banging doors, shouting, etc.. but this is untrue! we have lived in this house for nearly 20 year and the woman who lives next door, has always found some problem with us, when we were kids she threatened to phone social services because i looked after my 12 year old brother and my 9 year old sister, while my mam was at work, i was 14 at the time! my mam spoke to the police about it and he said 14 is a sutible age too babysit as long as the 14 year old in question was mature enough, (which i was!!) and over the years she has found many ways to cause trouble, but this is a new one! just the other day she was asking my mam how her holiday went, now we have found out she had kept a 28 day diary of any little tiny noise we made. the woman is insane!! Anyway our family aint normally the kinda people to complain about stuff, if we have a problem we’d rather go to that person and sort it out but but that doesnt work with this woman, so we want too make a complaint against her aswell, about her excess loud noise, her husband drilling walls, all hours of the night, a conserverty that they built but never asked for planning permission, and a dog that they allow to run the streets and foul everywhere, so my question is.. they are a home owner, we just rent from the council.. can we make a complaint against them still? or do home owners have the right to do all that? and if i can complain who do i complain too? helpppp

Do any other pregnant woman out there have the Wii Fit? The workouts are a lot of fun, but I’m tired of it calling me obese and commenting on how my center of balance (COB) is getting worse as my stomach protrudes more & more and my COB shifs farther out front. By the time I’m 9 months along, the Wii Fit board will either completely give up on me or will have been smashed in a fit of temper for callin me fat one too many times.
The workouts are a lot of fun. Some are more challenging than others, and as you get better, you have options for making them more challenging. My favorite is Advanced Step Aerobics.
